The Difference Between Acceptance and Tolerance

One of the most significant game changers for me in 2017 was recognizing in myself what I was tolerating, and learning to give myself the space to accept the choices that I had made in the past.

As we head into a new year, practicing true acceptance of your prior performance allows you to move on, friction-free, into pursuing the changes you’d like to see in your own life.
